My philosophy

My philosophyDuring my practice in the delivery room, I noticed the benefits of massage that I practiced with my patients. At this time, I decided to train myself for massage to complete my midwifery training.
In 2006, I learnt Ayurvedic massage in India. That year I discovered Hatha yoga, I started with a personal practice before going into teaching.
In 2006, I was trained in Ayurvedic massage in India. Then I attended training in Hatha Yoga in 2009 and 2011. I graduated from Andhra University in Visakhapatnam South East India.
I wanted to train myself in the land of origin of these therapies to avoid further contact with the original texts.
I followed the instruction of qualified teachers from India.

When I practice I adapt the Indian massage pressure (weaker) compared to what I learned in India, but the massage is the same. I trained in aromatherapy in Paris and I replace the dried plants used traditionally for the Ayurvedic massage by a blend of essential oils tailored to the individual.

My Hatha Yoga practices are true to the knowledge I learned in India, I do not mix with other exercises or other types of yoga.
