Yoga in the park

Yoga in the park This summer I offer hatha yoga class open to all at Park La Perle du lac. These courses are a continuation of my on going  hatha yoga, prenatal  and postnatal yoga classes.

You will find these exercices: concentration exercises / meditation, stretching, sun salutations, asana (posture), Pranayama (breathing exercises), bandha (contraction), mudra (hand postures) and Yoga Nidra (relaxation)

During these courses, I will not move to advanced postures, inverted postures except Sarvangasana (the position on the shoulders) and Halasana (the position of the plow). You can still find these many postures in yoga classes proposed in Geneva.
This course is open to all. It is ideal for beginners.

The course will be canceled if bad weather: wind and rain.
