Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga, it is traditional and easily adapted by the person. This workshop will allow you to balance and harmonize your physical body through all its systems (muscular, skeletal, lymphatic, respiratory, cardiac, digestive, excretory, endocrine), your mind, your emotions and develop your spiritual level.

This course is dedicated to women who have specific needs different from men.
Women often suffer from stress, back pain, muscle tension, joint pain, varicose veins, feeling of heavy legs, constipation, migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome, pre menstrual symptoms related to menopause, the prolapse, problems of concentration certain periods of their lives. These symptoms are considered in this course to relieve you and give you maximum comfort, relaxation and wellness.

This course is dedicated to women who have specific needs different from those of men. All exercises are chosen functions of female needs.

Equipment to bring

A comfortable outfit. Your yoga mat if you have one, mats are available on site. There is no age limit to participate in this workshop.
